Visit analytics and session replay
When you accept optional analytics, Keitaro records public-page visits using the page path, network address and browser information. It does not receive your email, account identifier, credit balance, form values or page query string. If a Btacumen Microsoft Clarity project is enabled, it provides interaction measurements and masked session replay of signed-out public pages after that choice. Session replay is disabled once an account or guest pass is active. Account, sign-in, recovery and game-play documents are excluded. Advertising consent remains denied. You can withdraw in Cookie Preferences.
Clarity storage
When enabled and accepted, Microsoft Clarity can use _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (up to one day) for its session measurements. These optional cookies are removed on withdrawal. No Clarity loader or page-view request is sent before your choice.
Essential account cookies
btacumen_session is an encrypted, HttpOnly first-party session cookie used for account access, security state and the current guest pass. It lasts up to 7 days. XSRF-TOKEN is Laravel’s first-party request-security cookie and follows the session lifetime. These cookies are necessary for the account and form actions you request. On HTTPS the cookies use Secure transport and SameSite=Lax.
Your consent choice
btacumen_consent stores the version, time and optional analytics choice for 180 days. It does not grant advertising consent. Open the separate Cookie Preference Centre to save a new choice or withdraw a previous choice. The most recent saved choice controls future optional measurement.
Account-break cookie
btacumen_break is an encrypted, HttpOnly first-party cookie recording the end of a break chosen on this browser. Its lifetime matches the selected break, up to 180 days. The account also enforces its break on the server. Deleting browser cookies does not cancel an account break.
Essential play storage
btacumen:round:{player}:{game} and btacumen:atelier-round:{player}:{game} retain the identifier and play level of an interrupted request so retrying can recover its recorded result. Entries are cleared when reconciled successfully. They contain no password. Reminder-dismissal state is kept for the current play session.
Presentation preferences
btacumen-reading-light stores your explicitly selected Cobalt, Coral or Citron reading palette on this browser; a signed-in account also saves that preference. btacumen-comfort-v1 stores explicitly chosen volume, motion, contrast, text and quality settings. btacumen:slots:effects and btacumenAtelier_sound retain game presentation or sound choices. These are first-party functional settings used only to provide the play presentation you choose. Saved account preferences can restore the same settings on another visit.
Optional analytics
If optional analytics is enabled for the service, Google Analytics uses first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies after consent, normally for up to 2 years subject to browser limits and the service’s settings. The Google tag may be present with storage denied; it must not send a page measurement before analytics consent or on private account/play pages. Advertising storage and personalisation remain denied.
Managing storage
Use Cookie Preferences to change optional analytics without affecting your account. Your browser can also remove or block cookies and site data. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, saved-round recovery or remembering choices. Clearing a browser does not erase the server’s account and credit records; account deletion is a separate action.
