Information you provide
Account registration records your email address, screen name, date of birth, eligibility confirmation and acceptance time. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Support requests include your reply address, selected topic, message and reference. Your notebook stores the private notes you choose to add. Your programme stores its name, optional private note and an ordered selection of three to five game identifiers.
Information created through play
We record fictional credit balances, credit-activity entries, saved rounds, game progress and explicit bonus choices so the same result can be recovered after interruption. Favourites, recent games, reminders and presentation preferences support the features you choose. Spark Marks come from recorded game visits and feature events, not assumed activity.
Why the information is used
We use this information to provide the service you request, authenticate access, confirm eligibility, keep play state consistent and respond to support. Security information helps prevent abuse and enforce account controls. Optional analytics depends on the choice saved in Cookie Preferences; it is separate from information needed to operate an account.
Access and confidentiality
Your password, recovery tokens, private notebook, saved programme and internal probability configuration are not public catalogue data. Other players cannot read your credit activity or notes. Do not share an account. Personal information may be processed by hosting, mail and security services only as needed to operate the product and under applicable protections.
Retention and deletion
Account and game records are kept while needed to provide your active account, recover saved rounds and handle legitimate security issues. You can delete your account from Profile; this removes associated play records, favourites, notes, saved programme and recovery links, and removes message content from linked support requests. Unused recovery links expire after 30 minutes. Captured support messages are retained for up to 90 days; delivery records for up to 30 days.
Your choices
You can change presentation preferences, sign out, withdraw optional analytics consent and use a fixed play break. For access, correction or other privacy requests, use Support with the privacy topic. We may need proportionate information to confirm the request relates to your account; never send your password or an identity document through the form.
Optional measurement providers
Keitaro provides consent-based visit statistics. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled for Btacumen, provides interaction measurements and session replay of public pages. These processors receive technical browser/network information after your analytics choice; private account and game-play routes are excluded, and account identity and form content are not sent. Processing can involve infrastructure outside the UK under the providers’ applicable safeguards. Optional measurement does not affect game outcomes.
Cookies and optional analytics
The Cookie Policy lists the actual session and browser storage used by the product. Essential security and saved-round storage remain necessary for requested account and play functions. Optional analytics is not a condition of using the service. No advertising personalisation or marketing-cookie consent is requested.
