The rules for eligibility, accounts, free fictional Play Credits and using Btacumen. Effective 23 October 2026.
Btacumen is an entertainment-only social casino for adults aged 18 or over who are in the United Kingdom. You must give accurate eligibility information, use your own email address and accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice when registering. Do not use another person’s identity or allow a minor to use your account.
New accounts and new guest passes start with 100,000 fictional Play Credits. These credits have no monetary value. Credits cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed. Btacumen offers no monetary stakes, cash prizes or prizes of value. No game result creates a claim to anything outside the service.
Three complete games are available with a guest pass. A free account opens the full catalogue and saves preferences, favourite games, your private programme and your notebook. Protect your password and tell us if access appears compromised. A guest pass is tied to its browser session and is not a recoverable account. Registering does not require email confirmation.
The server decides and records each authorised round before its animation is shown. Credit changes are shared across all games. If a connection fails, retry the saved round rather than starting a new one: its identifier prevents the same play from being charged twice. Some bonuses require a choice and remain saved until completed. Animation, replay, sound and cosmetic settings do not create additional credit awards.
Free credit grants have stated eligibility and claim limits. A grant is applied only after an explicit successful claim and appears in credit activity. Play activities are optional and do not need to be completed. There is no obligation to return or keep playing. Rules and available grants may change for future claims.
Do not automate abusive requests, bypass eligibility or account breaks, exploit faults, interfere with other accounts or submit unlawful or abusive material. Private notebook entries are for your own useful observations. Do not put passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information into notes or support requests.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security work or faults. Games and features may change. We may restrict misuse or suspend an account where needed to protect the service. You can sign out, use a fixed break or delete your account from your profile. A fixed break cannot be shortened through another session.
Btacumen branding and game presentation may be used only through the service unless permission is given. Do not reproduce the service in a way that misrepresents ownership. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular game outcome or success in real-money gambling. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
